At the core of my being, I’m obsessed with creativity, mythology keeps me up at night, and I’m a history nerd. I’m also crazy about my personal library, I wish I could get paid to research medieval history, I really enjoy Middle Eastern cuisine, and I can’t help but make up stories.
I’ve dabbled in spirituality, right from when my mother brought me to church as a child. But the church was rigid and the average age was, like, five hundred, and more often than not, we sang hymns on the organ.
When I hit my late teens and early twenties, my participation in my local church petered out. I wasn’t engaged in what was being said. So I went my own way.
I soaked up meditation practices and the artistic freedoms of an eclectic spiritual practice. I still didn’t know my purpose in life, but I knew I had one. Today, I’ve dedicated myself to being a source of love and inspiration in the world. My mission is to help you be the best version of yourself, so you can live in alignment with who you want to be.
Why should a select few have access to something everyone can do? Meditation, self-care, and mental health are topics close to my heart, and one of my missions is to educate and inspire people to pick their own practices.
You don’t need to have meditated for thousands of years to benefit from this practice (unless you’re a reincarnated soul, in which case, I applaud your dedication most sincerely). My role is to facilitate part of your journey of self-discovery. I’m your guide, not your mother.
DO MORE OF WHAT YOU LOVE
There’s no point in doing something you don’t love. As a natural teacher, I consider it my calling to share and guide you in finding and establishing your Big Why. People are lost without support and resources to help them stick by their practice. And everything I create for my community is done with the purpose to educate, inspire, and help you get to where you want to go. It doesn’t hurt that they’re all awesome. The world needs more people shining their light, love, and inspiration, no matter what field they’re in.
Know that you’re loved no matter what, and I’m here to help you inspire the people around you just by doing what you love the most. We’re not robots, we’re people with different interests. So now’s the time to get out there and shine.
