The Consultation Room
You probably have questions. Good. So did I.
The women who find their way to The Casual Witch are rarely the ones who have it all figured out. They are the curious ones. The quietly searching ones. The ones who have tried a dozen things that almost fit, and are ready, finally, to build something that actually does.
Below are the questions I hear most often. I have answered every one of them the way I answer everything: honestly, warmly, and without performance.
Because if there is one thing I want you to know before we work together, it is this: there are no wrong questions here. There is no wrong starting point. There is only where you are right now, and where you want to go.
Let’s talk about how we get you there.
How does your teaching process work?
Simply put, I meet you exactly where you are. There are no prerequisites, no right, or wrong starting points, and no pressure to arrive with any prior knowledge or experience. My approach is rooted in psychology, which means I know every person learns differently and every life looks different. I give you tools, not instructions. Frameworks, not formulas. You try what resonates; you release what doesn’t, and slowly, in your own time, at your own pace, you build something that genuinely belongs to you. The process works because it was never about my way. It was always about yours.
What makes your teaching style unique and effective?
Honestly? I don’t gatekeep, and I don’t perform. In a space that can sometimes feel like it is full of people competing over who is the most spiritual, the most dedicated, or the most perfectly witchy, I am just here, being real with you. I have a gift for taking complex ideas and turning them into something immediately understandable and usable. No jargon. No overwhelm. Just the thing you actually need, said in plain language, with genuine warmth. People tell me I say exactly what they needed to hear, often without knowing what they were going through. I believe that happens because I speak from the heart, every single time, without a script.
Who is an ideal candidate for your teaching services?
You might be my ideal student if you have always felt quietly curious about spirituality but never found a space that felt safe, judgment-free, or truly yours. If you have tried things that didn’t fit, a religion that felt too rigid, a practice that felt too performative, a community that felt more like a competition, and you are ready to try something different. You do not need crystals, candles, or a curated Instagram feed. You do not need to have it all figured out. You just need an open mind, a willingness to explore, and a deep, private knowing that there is something out there that will finally resonate. If that sounds like you, you are exactly who I built this for.
What kind of transformation can a client expect from your teaching?
The transformation is quieter than you might expect — and more profound. It is not a dramatic, overnight shift. It is the slow, steady feeling of coming back to yourself. Of becoming more at ease in your own skin. Of being less reactive, less pulled apart by a world that wants you to conform, and more grounded in who you actually are. My students walk away with a practice that reduces stress, brings genuine harmony into their daily lives, and (perhaps most importantly) feels like theirs. Not borrowed. Not performed. Just lived, privately and powerfully, every single day.
Why should someone unsure about spirituality decide to work with me?
Because being unsure is exactly the right place to start. I did not arrive at my own practice with certainty; I arrived with questions, frustration, and a stubborn refusal to accept that nothing out there was meant for me. If you are unsure, it simply means you have not yet found the thing that fits. And that is not a failing; that is an invitation. I will never tell you what to believe. I will never push you toward a particular path or make you feel wrong for doubting. I am here to help you explore, with honesty and without judgment, until something clicks. And in my experience? It always does.
Why is spirituality so important when it comes to witchcraft?
Because witchcraft without a personal, spiritual foundation is just aesthetics. It is the crystals on the shelf and the candles on the altar, beautiful, perhaps, but hollow without meaning behind them. Spirituality is the why beneath the practice. It is the part that connects you to something larger than your to-do list, your stress, and the noise of everyday life. When you understand your own spiritual values (what you believe, what you honour, what you are calling into your life) your witchcraft practice stops being a performance and starts being a conversation with yourself. That is where the real magic lives. Not in the tools. In the intention behind them.
Still Have Questions?
Did not find what you were looking for? Come and find me behind the counter. No question is too small, too strange, or too outside the box — those are usually my favourites.
